5. Email, SMS, Calling, and Communication Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact lists, marketing campaigns, and communication practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, including consent, opt-out, and messaging requirements.
You may not use our services to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful marketing, harassment, or unauthorized communications.
5a. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications from Growth Systems 360 LLC, you consent to receive text messages related to:

Marketing and promotional messages (where applicable)

Message and data rates may apply.

8. Setup Fees
Setup fees cover work required to create, configure, customize, connect, or launch your system.
Setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
9. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and included features will be stated at the time of registration.
At the end of the trial, you may be required to choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
Growth Systems 360 may modify, limit, or cancel free trials at any time.
10. Cancellations

Canceling your subscription may result in loss of access to CRM tools, funnels, automations, calendars, phone numbers, email campaigns, SMS features, AI tools, and related services.
11. Refund Policy

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable after billing.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Custom project fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Usage-based charges are non-refundable.
Completed services are non-refundable.
If we make an exception, it does not create a future obligation to provide refunds.
12. Ownership of Work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Growth Systems 360 may retain ownership of templates, frameworks, workflows, automation structures, strategy documents, training materials, snapshots, page layouts, and internal systems created before or during the service.
Clients may receive a license to use the finished system while their account is active and paid.
Custom content, branding assets, and materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, including CRM systems, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, AI tools, hosting providers, domain providers, calendar tools, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, feature removals, account restrictions, delivery failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
14. AI Tools Disclaimer
AI tools, chatbots, and AI agents may generate responses, content, recommendations, summaries, or automations based on available data.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for certain uses.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, sending, relying on, or using it in business decisions.
Growth Systems 360 does not guarantee that AI tools will produce perfect results, replace human judgment, or comply with every industry-specific requirement.
15. No Guaranteed Results
Growth Systems 360 may help improve business organization, lead capture, follow-up, automation, and customer engagement.
However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, sales results, rankings, customer growth, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, pricing, follow-up, traffic, advertising, competition, customer service, and sales process.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to:
Send spam
Violate privacy laws
Send unlawful SMS or email campaigns
Upload malicious code
Collect data unlawfully
Impersonate others
Promote scams or deceptive offers
Harass or abuse others
Violate intellectual property rights
Disrupt platform operations
Engage in illegal activity
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
17. Intellectual Property
The Growth Systems 360 name, branding, website content, copy, logos, designs, service structure, frameworks, templates, and related materials are owned by Growth Systems 360 unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
18. Age Requirement
